ANBO utilizes UPS、FedEx or USPS for deliveries.

Shipping Costs

For users in the United States and Canada, we offer free shipping services.
For other countries, please email us to get a shipping quote.

Of course our product prices already include any potential consumption taxes, import duties, or any other associated fees. There's no need for you to worry about additional costs.

Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing time

Orders normally are shipped within 48 hours, orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

 

Shipping time

Mainland US: Standard shipping 3-7 business days, may vary between shipping companies, like UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Hawaii, Alaska & other us territories: Standard shipping 5-10 business days.

Canada: Standard shipping 5-10 business days.

 

How to Track My Items?

You will receive an email with the tracking information after the order has been processed.

Cancel Orders

You may contact customer service to cancel an order before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service before 14 pm (GMT-8) on the day you place the order to cancel it. Please contact anbo@anbocundish.com. When applying to cancel an order, please make sure to include your order number. To protect the interests of the cardholder, the company reserves the right to ship orders to the billing address if a different shipping address cannot be verified.

Notes:

We are not responsible for late shipments due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.

Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. Orders received after 14 pm(GMT-8)will be processed the following business day.

Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, out of stock issue, especially during peak seasons.

Please contact us within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
